With all the things we are bombarded with in our world today—constant unrest, violence, crisis-to-crisis living—we risk becoming anesthetized to the injustices, the pain and suffering around us. We lapse into judgment, blame, finger-pointing—separation. Now is the time to take a step back and stand in the Truth that we know: There is only One Life, that Life is God’s Life, that Life is Perfect, that Life is my life now. We really align with this Truth by recognizing that this One Life is the life of all! When we forget this, we find ourselves living not in Oneness, but in separation; our lives a misaligned existence of “them” and “us,” rather than “We.”
As we continue this journey together, our constant queries must be:
- How can we forgive each other?
- What can we learn from each other?
- How can I love in this moment?
When we can embrace forgiveness; recognize that we can learn from each other; and look for ways to love in the moment, we are taking the steps to align ourselves with the All That Is. This is our greatest service to ourselves, each other, and to the world.
